Ingredients
1 medium potato, boiled
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 jar peanut butter
wax paper
Preparation
Boil potato until soft. Mash potato with one box of powdered sugar to make a dough. Roll dough out into a circle. Spread with peanut butter and roll up. Freeze until firm. Take from freezer and slice into approx. 1/2" pinwheels.
