Ingredients
1 package brownie mix
1 package of mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp margarine
1 1/2 cups rice crispy cereal
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350. grease the bottom of the 13 x 9 pan.
prepare and bake brownies following the package directions. remove from the oven.
sprinkle the marshmallows over the hot brownies. return to the oven for 3 minutes.
place the chocolate chips, peanut butter and maragarine in a medium saucepan. cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted. add the rice cereal, mix well. spread mixture over the marshmallow layer.
refrigerate until chilled. cut into bars
