Ingredients
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup (5 1/3 oz. can) evaporated milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Add nuts and vanilla. Mix until will blended. Pour into a buttered 13"x9" pan. Cool then cut.
Tip: This is another “stir & pour before it loses its gloss” recipe. You can use regular or chunky style peanut butter. Extra chunky is too thick.
