Ingredients
Rice Krispie Treats:
3 tablespoons butter
6 cup Rice Krispies
1 package marshmallows
Peanut Butter Fudge:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar
Chocolate Fudge:
2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Rice Krispie Treats: Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add cereal. Stir. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, evenly press mixture into a pan. Cool.
Peanut Butter Fudge: Microwave butter and peanut butter together for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for two minutes more. Add vanilla and sugar. Pour over Krispie Treats.
Chocolate Fudge: Combine butter, milk, sugar, and salt in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil; cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat until thoroughly combined. Pour over peanut butter fudge.
Place in fridge and cool.
