Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
8 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
How-To
Cream the cream cheese and peanut butter together.
Add in the powdered sugar and beat until blended.
Spread on cake.
Dark Chocolate Ganache
adapted from Baking Bible: From the oven to the table cookbook
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup 60% cacao Ghirardelli chocolate chips
How-To
Bring the heavy cream to a boil.
Remove from heat and add in the chocolate.
Pour into a bowl and let cool.
Pour a enough to put in between cake layers into a small bowl and chill for 1 hour.
Remove from fridge and whisk until fluffy.
