Ingredients
2 Cups packed brown sugar
11/2 Cups sugar
2 Cups butter softened
2 Cups peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
41/2 Cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. bag of Reese peanut butter chips
chopped peanuts
Preparation
Heat oven to 350. In large bowl combine first 6 ingredients and blend well. Mix flour, oatmeal, soda and salt together then stir into creamed mixture. Add peanut butter chips and mix. Roll cookies into a ball or use ice cream scoop, press into chopped peanuts and flatten with meat tenderizer. Place cookies on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown.
