Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 granulated sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 t vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat over to 375 degrees. Combine brown and granulated sugar and then fold in butter. Beat in one egg. Mix in peanut butter, salt, baking soda, flour, and vanilla. Roll into one inch balls. Place on greased cooking sheet or on baking parchment. Score top of cookies with fork. Bake for 15 minutes. You can dip the fork in flour to prevent sticking when scoring the cookies.
