Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs, well beaten
2 cups sifted flour
Preparation
Combine butter, peanut butter, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar. Cream thoroughly. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Add flour and blend. Shape into small balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press flat with fork so that you have ridges. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
