Ingredients
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 Tb canola oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup barley malt
1/4 cup soymilk
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
1-1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips (malt sweetened)
Preparation
Mix wet ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Fold in chips.
Drop tablespoon dollops onto cookie sheet, two inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.
