Ingredients

3/4 c. butter, room temp.

1/4 c. peanut butter

1 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. Splenda

1 t. vanilla

2 eggs

2 1/4 c. flour

1 t. salt

1 t. baking soda

2 c. chocolate & peanut butter chips

Preparation

Oven 375 degrees. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, and beat in one egg at a time. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda together on a sheet of waxed paper, and slowly add to the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool on sheet for 2 minutes, then remove to cool.
