Ingredients

1½ cups creamy peanut butter

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2½ cups firmly packed light brown sugar

6 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

2 eggs

3½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1½ teaspoons baking soda

12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips

11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°.

Cream peanut butter, butter, and light brown sugar. Add milk and vanilla and mix until well blended. Add eggs and beat until blended.

Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture in thirds, mixing just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop. Drop dough by scoopfuls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375° for 9-11 minutes, or until bottoms are just beginning to brown.
