Ingredients

2 c. flour

2 c. sugar

2/3 c. cocoa

2 t. baking soda

1 t. baking powder

½ t. salt

2 eggs

1 c. milk

2/3 c. vegetable oil

1 t. vanilla

1 c. coffee, room temperature

Peanut Butter Frosting

3 oz. cream cheese

¼ c. creamy peanut butter

2 c. powered sugar

2 T. milk

½ t. vanilla

miniature chocolate chips (these add a lot!)

Preparation

Cake directions: Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes. Stir in coffee (batter will be thin. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done. Cool completely on a wire rack. Frosting directions - Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth. Beat in sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired. Store in the refrigerator.
