Ingredients
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
4 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons sour cream or milk
3-4 ripe bananas
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 convection oven). Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar. Add eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, protein powder and baking soda. Add dry mixture, sour cream and bananas; mix well. Pour into well-greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 90 minutes (70 minutes by convection) or until tester is dough-free. Cool and wrap in foil overnight.
