Ingredients

1 large bag confectionary sugar

2 sticks butter

1 18 oz jar peanut butter

1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 parifin wax

Preparation

Mix together peanut butter and softened butter until creamy. Slowly add confectionary sugar 1 cup at a time until completely blended and like play dough consistency. Roll into 1" balls.

In a double boiler melt parifin wax. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.

Dip peanut butter balls in melted chocolate and put on a buttered cookie sheet.

I put these in the freezer to harden and then keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
