Ingredients
1 lb softened butter
2 lb powdered sugar
32 oz crunchy peanut butter
1 C chopped pecans
CandyQuik or other meltable chocolate for dipping
Preparation
Blend first 4 ingredients together; chill. Roll into balls and chill again. Heat chocolate in double boiler over medium low heat. Dip balls into chocolate.
