Ingredients

                        can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)

1/2

cup crunchy peanut butter

1

tablespoon apricot preserves

1

small baking apple, 8 slices

1

egg, beaten

Preparation

Separate dough into 8 triangles. Spread each triangle with peanut butter and preserves. Place 1 apple slice on short end of each triangle. Roll up loosely as directed on can. Place apple side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg.

Bake at 375°F 10 to 13 minutes.
