Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teas vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
1 bag Hershey Kisses
Preparation
Cream together butter, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in white sugar and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for approximately 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place a Hershey Kiss in the center of the cookie. Press firmly. Return cookies to the oven and bake 2-5 minutes longer until golden brown.
