Ingredients

4 canned peach halves

4 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon butter, divided into 4

creme frache, ice cream, or whipped cream for topping, as per child’s taste

2 Tablespoons granulated sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Preparation

Drain syup off of peach half, place in microwavable single serving dish. Mound 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar into center of peach. Dot top of sugar with 1/4 tsp of butter . Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your microwave until butter melts and sugar becomes syrupy. Remove from microwave and top with one of the creams and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
