Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 T. sour cream
1/4 t. salt
1 T. cornmeal
1/2 t. cinnamon
7 peaches, thickly sliced
4 egg yolks
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 t. vanilla
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ground hazelnuts, pecans or walnuts
1/2 t. cinnamon
3 T. cold butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make crust: Combine first 6 ingredients in food processor and pulse until a ball of dough forms. Roll dough into a disk and press into a tart pan. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly golden brown.
Make filling: Combine egg yolks through vanilla in bowl. Place sliced peaches in the baked crust and pour the filling mixture over them.
Make topping: Combine the last 4 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle evenly over the top of tart.
Bake tart for one hour. Cool before slicing.
