Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoon flour

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 egg slightly beaten

1 cup sour cream

2 cups peaches

Topping:

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (if you use peaches)

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients together. Blend in sour cream, egg and vanilla. Fold in peaches.

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
