Ingredients
3-750ml bottles of dry Reisling
4 1/2 c. white cranberry-peach juice
1 1/2 c. peach schnapps
9 T. fresh lemon juice
6 T. sugar
1 1/2 vanilla beans, split lengthwise and using pulp only
6 1/2" thick lemon slices
6 1/2" thick orange slices
1 can peach slices, drained
1 c. fresh raspberries
Preparation
Mix first 5 ingredients. Scrape seeds/pulp from vanilla beans, then add to juices. Stir. Add fruit. Chill overnight.
Serve over ice.
