Ingredients
firm, but ripe peaches
thinly sliced prosciutto
EVOO & truffle oil
truffle honey
lemon juice
S&P, red pepper flakes
cojito cheese
Preparation
Peach slices, wrapped up in prosciutto- a drizzle of lemon juice, olive oil, a drop of truffle oil and truffle honey. Arranged on a plate in a spriral, put some crumbled cojito cheese atop, drizzle with the dressing, some fresh cracked pepper and a couple shakes of red pepper flakes.
