Ingredients

6 cups of chopped peaches

3 cups of sugar

1/2 lemon juiced and zested

1/2 tablespoon pectin

Preparation

Combine peaches, sugar, lemon, zest Allow to sit 30 minutes Simmer for 20-30 minutes until peaches are very tender Remove peaches and add pectin Boil the syrup to 220F Remove from heat and pour on top of peaches Taste syrup and add more lemon juice if desired
