Ingredients
1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups peeled chopped fresh peaches
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs,one at a time, beating well after each addition. In separate bowl mix peaches, vanilla and almond extracts and sour cream. Sift flour, baking soda and salt in another bowl. Combine all ingredients with mixer, until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 75 to 80 minutes, or until cake is done.
