Ingredients

5 cp. fresh pared & sliced peaches (9 medium).

1 cp. sugar

1/4 cp. flour

1 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Unbaked pie crust

2 T. butter

Preparation

Preheat to 425 deg. Mix peaches and lemon juice. Mix sugar, flour & cinnamon. Combine flour & peaches. Add to pastry lined 9" pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Make slits, seal & flute.
