Ingredients

1 Can Peach pie filling

1/2 tsp lemon juice

3 tsp corn startch

1/4 Cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into medium sauce pan over low heat; stir until smooth. Bake filling in pyrex dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a knife comes out fairly clean. Set asisde and let cool before refrigerating.
