Ingredients
1 can Peach pie filling
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp corn starch
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into medium sauce pan over low heat and stir until smooth. Bake filling in pyrex dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a knife comes out fairly clean. Set aside and let cool.
