Ingredients
1 Can Peach Pie Filling
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp Corn starch
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a medium sauce pan over low heat and stir until smooth. Bake filling in pyrex dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a knife comes out fairly clean. Set aside and let cool.
