Ingredients

1 16 ounce can sliced peaches with juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons peach preserves

2 tablespoons of dijon style mustard

1 teaspoon black pepper

4 or more pork chops

Preparation

Stir first 4 ingredients together in bowl and set aside. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brush chops with vegetable oil and season with pepper. Brown on both sides and put in baking dish. Cover with peach mixture and place in 350 degree oven uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
