Ingredients
BASE
1 cup flour
pinch of salt
2 T sugar
½ cup butter
Mix with pastry blender or fork then add
1 T white vinegar
Press into pan with floured fingers
TOPPING
2-3 cups sliced fruit (peaches, pears, blueberries, etc.)
2 T flour
1 cup sugar
dash cinnamon
Preparation
Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees Celsius.
I approximately double the above for my 9 X 13 inch glass casserole.
