Ingredients
4 C. Busquick
1 1/3 C. Milk
2 C. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
3 C. water
8 to 10 fresh peaches(depending on size).
Preparation
Prepare Bisquick dough w/milk. Roll out to a lrg rectangle.Put sliced peaches on dough, sprinkle w/ 1C sugar and cinnamon. Starting on long side, roll up like a jellyroll; slice 1 1/2" thick; put cut side down in a 9X13 baking pan that has been buttered. In saucepan put 1 C sugar, 3 C.water. Bring to boil and pour over dumplings. Bake @ 375 for 25 min, or unil lighted browned. Serve warm with milk or ice cream.
