Ingredients

Crumble:

1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

3/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 cup butter, room temperature

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Filling:

3-4 lbs. sliced peaches

1/3 cup sugar

1 tbs. cornstarch

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

18 tsp, nutmeg

Dash ginger

Preparation

Combine ingredients of filling and pour into pie shell. Combine topping and cover filling. Place oven rack at lowest position and bake at 450* for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375* and bake 45 minutes. If topping begins to brown too much, cover loosely with foil.
