Ingredients

8 ripe peaches

juice of 1 lemon

pinch of cinnamon

pinch of nutmeg (fresh)

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter chilled & in slices

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

Preparation

  1. place peach slices into shallow baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg

  2. in small bowl combine other ingredients

  3. sprinkle over peaches

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes

  5. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
