Ingredients
1-9" unbaked pie shell
6-8 peeled, pitted and sliced peaches or enough to heap in shell
1/2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
cinnamon
small can evap milk
Preparation
Heap peaches in pie shell. Dump flour on top of peaches then sugar on top of flour jiggling pie pan to get each to settle in amongst peach slices a little. Drizzle evap milk over the top until the level reaches about 1/2" from top of pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in preheated 425 degree F. oven about 35 min. Cool to serve. Also good with a dash of almond flavoring mixed into the milk before drizzling.
