Ingredients

8 FRESH Peaches, peeled & sliced

1 cup Sugar

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 Egg

1 cup Flour

1 stick Butter

Cinnamon

Preparation

Butter pie plate and place fruit in dish. Mix sugar, baking powder, egg, and flour. Sprinkle over top of fruit. Melt butter and pour over top. Sprinkle cinnamon over. Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes.
