Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix

1/2 cup Wesson oil

4 eggs

1 large carton Cool Whip

1 large can Dole crushed pineapple, drained, save juice

1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix

Preparation

Mix and pour batter into two 9 inch layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes .

Icing:Pour juice over warm cake. Mix drained pineapple, Cool whip and instant pudding mix. Put on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
