Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup milk

4 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1-1/2 cups raspberries (or any fruit)

2 cups raspberry juice (or any juice)

4 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. combine PB, yogurt, milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, and vanilla extract in food processor/blender until smooth.
  2. In spouted cup, combine raspberry & raspberry juice.
  3. Partially fill pop molds w/PB mixture, freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Partially fill pop molds w/raspberry mixture, insert sticks, freeze for 1 hour.
  5. Fill molds with remaining PB mixture, freeze for 8 hours
  6. Let it stand for 5 minutes before removing from mold.
  7. Spoon remaining honey around rim of pop(s) & sprinkle sesame seeds to coat.
