Ingredients
3 1/2 cups flour
3c sugar
2 tsp. baking
1 lb. can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup corn oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
Preparation
Preheat to 350. Grease 3 1 lb. coffee cans. Stir together first 4 ingredients, Add sugar and stir well. In med small bowl beat pumpkin, corn oil and water. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Make a well in middle of flour mixture and add pumpkin mixture. Stir until well blended. Pour into coffee cans -about half full. Bake 1 hr.
