Ingredients
1 package (1 pound) light brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
24 oz. creamy peanut butter, 2 2/3 cups
1 cup butter, softened
8 oz. M&M’s, about 1 cup
8 oz. chocolate chips, 1 1/3 cup
1/2 cup raisins, optional
4 tsp. baking powder
9 cups quick oats, about 30 ounces
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In very large bowl on medium-high speed, beat together the brown and white sugars and eggs. Add salt, vanilla, peanut butter and butter, beat well. Stir in the M&M’s, chocolate chips, raisins (if using), baking soda and quick oats. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Transfer to racks, cool.
