3 sprigs of rosemary

Thick Roasting Pan

Red onions

Parsnip

Preparation

first 3 ingredients mix with olive oil to make a thick paste

Place chunks of Red onion and parsnip in bottom of pan and bake 2-2 1/2 hours on 350 or until meat is 140degrees
