Ingredients

36 medium asparagus

36 slices prosciutto ham (4 in long)

4 oz blue cheese crumbled.

Dressing:

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp basil

Preparation

Trim asparagus. Place in microvaveable container with 1/2 cup water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 21/2 to 3 minutes. Remove asparagus and plunge in ice water. Drain and pat dry. Wrap each asparagus with prosciutto. Arrange asparagus on a large flat platter with a lip around the edge. Sprinkle blue cheese on top. Mix dressing and wehn ready to serve pour dressing over asparague.
