POTATOES : ENOUGH CUT FOR A 2 QUART SAUCE PAN.

1/2 TEASPOON OF GROUND CUMIN

1/2 TEASPOON OF GROUND SAGE

1 TABLESPOON OF LEMMON PEPPER

1//2 TEASPOON OF CHILI PEPPER

2 TABLESPOONS OF LOUSIANA HOT SAUCE

1 TEASPOON OF GARLIC POWDER

2 TABLESPOONS OF LEA & perrins WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Preparation

BOIL POTATOES IN SAUCE PAN TILL SOFT FOR MASHING DRAIN AND ADD THE SPICES INTO THE POTATOES AND MASH TOGETHER.
