Ingredients

Olive Oil

2 # cubed turkey breast (I use deli smoked turkey breast and have the deli cut it in one inch cubes.)

2 medium onions chopped

2 4oz cans chopped green chilis (drained)

4 cans chicken broth

2 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh garlic to taste

4 15oz cans Great Northern or White Beans (Don’t Drain)

4 cans of white whole kernel corn (drained)

1 jar green salsa verde

fresh limes

cheddar cheese grated

fresh cilantro

sour cream

rice or fritos or tortillas

Preparation

  1. In large pan pour oil and heat.
  2. Add onions and saute until soft. If using fresh garlic add it with onions.
  3. Add turkey and stir well.
  4. Add all other ingredients before dotted line.
  5. Simmer for at least one hour.
  6. Serve with items below dotted line so that people can add what they most like with chili.
