Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds large shrimp
3 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons butter
4 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup dry Vermouth
4 shallots, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoons Tabasco
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons heavy steak sauce (A-1 sauce)
Garnish:
2 Tablespoons green onion, chopped
Preparation
Peel and devein shrimp leaving tails on. Combine oil and butter in sauté pan. Add shrimp and sauté until brown and golden. Remove to hot platter. Add shallots and sauté until just transparent. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 2 minutes. Pour over shrimp, top with green onion, and serve.
