Ingredients

Crust

1 1/4 cups flour

1 stick unsalted butter (cut)

1/4 tsp salt

2 Tbl sour cream

Filling:

3 large egg yolks

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup sour cream

1/4 cup flour

2 fresh ripe peaches or pears sliced

Preparation

Using metal blade of food processor add flour, salt, and butter until crumbly. Add sour cream and mix until ball forms. Press dough into 9 x 1 1/2" tart pan pushing up sides.

Bake in preheated 375 oven until lightly brown.

Peel and slice fruit. Process egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, salt, and flour until smooth. pour half over cooled tart crust and place fruit on top in concentric circles. Add remaining mixture and bake at 350 until the custard is golden 40-50 minutes. Cool on wire rack and serve warm or at rooom temperature. Enjoy!
