Ingredients
3 lbs marrow bones
6 carrots
2 onions
1 leek
1 bunch celery
4 red potatoes
2 sweeet potatoes
1 garnet yam
5 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
1 strip kombu
12 black peppercorns
4 allspice or juniper berries
2 bay leaves
1 T apple cider vinegar
8 quarts water
1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
roast bones - 350 degrees for about 30 min; prep vegetsbles; simmer veggies and bones for 8 - 24 hours
