Ingredients
1 box of rotini pasta
1 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh diced basil
2 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
Boil the water for pasta. After water comes to a boil, dump in the box of pasta with a drop of olive oil. While waiting, dice the basil and then add basil, garlic, and drained tomatoes to a large bowl. When cooked, drain pasta, add to bowl and add the olive oil. Mix together and it’s ready to go in less than 15 mins.
