1-2 T. SUN-DRIED TOMATOES [PACKED IN OIL]

1-2 T. OIL FROM SUN-DRIED TOMATOES

1/2 C. WHITE WINE

1/2 LB. ANGEL HAIR PASTA

Preparation

SAUTE GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL ADD A LARGE PACKAGE OF FRESH SPINACH AND SAUTE APPROX 5 MIN. TO THAT ADD THE CAN OF CANNELINI BEANS ADD THE SUN-DRIED TOMATOES ADD THE OIL FROM TOMATOES AND THE WHITE WINE SIMMER 15 MIN. SERVE OVER PASTA WITH FRESHLY GRATED PARMESEAN CHEESE.
