Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

4 large garlic cloves finely chopped

1 c chopped drained oil sun dried tomatoes

1 c heavy cream

1 pck frozen spinach

1 c white wine

1 7.25 oz jar roasted red peppers drained and chopped

1/2 tsp dried red pepper crushed

1 c chopped fresh basil

1 lb penne cooked al dente

parmesan cheese

Preparation

Saute garlic one minute in oil. Add all other ingredients and simmer till blended.
