Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup evap milk(can use nonfat)

1 cup plain yogurt

8oz feta crumbled(i use seasoned)

4oz shredded swiss cheese

1/3 cup fresh parsley,chopped

1 tsp.basil

1 tsp oregeno

garlic(4 cloves chopped

1/2 lb angel hair pasta(I use 12oz contadina)

16oz chunky salsa

1 lb shrimp(uncooked)

1/2 lb mozzarella shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven 350

Blend;eggs,milk,yogurt,feta,swiss,parsley,basil,oregano,garlic.

Spread 1/2 pasta in 9 x 13. Cover with salsa.Add 1/2 shrimp. Pour egg mixture over entire dish. Place remaining shrimp on top and cover with mozzarella.

Bake 30 minutes Let stand 10 min.
